7th Heaven Travel LLC Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 7th Heaven Travel LLC. By booking travel arrangements with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline my policies and limitations of liability. Please read them carefully before booking with me.
1. Services Provided
- 7th Heaven Travel LLC ("I," "me," "mine") offers travel planning and booking services for cruises, romance travel, European destinations, and more. I act as an intermediary between you (the "client," "you") and travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, cruise lines, hotels).
2. Booking Terms and Deposits
- Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once the deposit or full payment has been received.
- Name Accuracy: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates of birth, and other personal information provided for travel reservations exactly match government-issued identification. Any fees incurred to correct errors are the sole responsibility of the client.
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm most travel arrangements. Deposit amounts vary depending on the supplier's policy.
- Final Payment: Final payment is due as per the supplier's guidelines. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation by Client: Cancellation policies vary by supplier. Please review each supplier’s cancellation terms before booking, as some travel arrangements may be non-refundable or incur cancellation fees.
- Cancellation by Supplier: We are not responsible for supplier-initiated cancellations. In these cases, any applicable refunds or credits will follow the supplier’s policies.
- Agency Fees: Additional cancellation or administrative fees may be charged by 7th Heaven Travel Agency for processing cancellations or changes.
- Professional Services Fees: Professional planning fees, consultation fees, research fees, cancellation fees and change fees charged by 7th Heaven Travel LLC are non-refundable once services have been performed.
4. Changes to Booking
- Client-Initiated Changes: Requests for changes (e.g., dates, destinations, accommodations) may result in fees imposed by the supplier, as well as administrative fees from 7th Heaven Travel Agency.
- Availability: All change requests are subject to availability and may result in increased costs due to fare changes or other factors.
- Group Travel Changes: Group itineraries, activities, dining venues, accommodations, transportation, and included experiences are subject to change due to supplier requirements, operational needs, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the control of 7th Heaven Travel LLC. Comparable substitutions may be made when necessary.
5. Travel Documents and Identification
- Passports and Visas: Clients are responsible for securing the necessary travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) and must ensure their documents are valid and up-to-date. I am not liable for delays, denied entry, or issues arising from improper documentation. Many countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the date of return. Clients are solely responsible for verifying passport validity, visa requirements, entry requirements, vaccination requirements, and any other documentation required for travel.
- Vaccinations and Health Requirements: Clients must comply with all health and vaccination requirements for their travel destinations. I encourage you to consult your doctor or visit the CDC website for the latest travel advisories.
- Travel Advisories and Risks: Clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, political instability, weather events, acts of terrorism, transportation disruptions, and other unforeseen events. Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.
6. Travel Insurance
- Insurance Recommendations: I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. 7th Heaven Travel LLC can provide options for third-party travel insurance coverage.
- Travel Insurance Acknowledgement: Clients acknowledge that travel insurance has been offered and understand that declining coverage may result in financial loss due to cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, travel delays, supplier default, or other covered events.
- Limitations: Insurance policies vary by provider, and it is your responsibility to review the policy and understand what it does and does not cover.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
- Third-Party Suppliers: 7th Heaven Travel LLC acts solely as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, cruise lines, hotels). I do not control these suppliers and am not liable for any issues, delays, or losses resulting from their services.
- Supplier Bankruptcy or Insolvency: 7th Heaven Travel LLC is not responsible for the financial default, bankruptcy, insolvency, or cessation of operations of any travel supplier.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7th Heaven Travel LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to financial loss, physical injury, or property damage.
- Force Majeure: 7th Heaven Travel LLC shall not be liable for any loss, delay, cancellation, injury, damage, or expense resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, hurricanes, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, transportation disruptions, or travel restrictions.
8. Traveler Conduct
- Travel suppliers reserve the right to refuse service or remove travelers whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, abusive, or otherwise interferes with the enjoyment or safety of other travelers. No refunds shall be provided in such circumstances.
9. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Prices: All prices are subject to change until payment is received in full. Any additional costs, such as fees, taxes, or surcharges imposed by suppliers, are the client’s responsibility.
- Currency: All payments are processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
- Payment Methods: I accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods. Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.
- Credit Card Chargebacks: By submitting payment, clients acknowledge receipt of professional travel planning services and agree not to initiate chargebacks for services properly rendered by 7th Heaven Travel LLC. Any disputes regarding travel supplier performance must be addressed directly with the supplier.
10. Privacy Policy
- Personal Information: I collect personal information necessary for booking travel arrangements. Your information will be shared only with relevant suppliers and third-party providers as needed to complete your bookings.

11. Electronic Communications and Acceptance
- Electronic signatures, electronic acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and electronic communications shall be deemed legally binding and equivalent to original handwritten signatures.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the courts of Frederick County.
13. Acceptance of Terms
- By making a booking with 7th Heaven Travel LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
