Supplier Relationships - I am paid by my suppliers and use my relationships with them to your advantage. I work with resort, hotel, cruise and tour companies and provide objective feedback on what fits your desires and your budget.
Information Overload - Do a search online for anything travel related and you soon become overwhelmed, confused, even terrified that you will make the wrong choice. I use my certified training expertise and traveling experience to help you figure out what fits your desires, interests and budget.
Details, Details, Details - I handle the documents, deadlines and details so your travel experience will be seamless from beginning to end. This includes information on visa and passport requirements, packing lists, sightseeing and restaurant recommendations.
I Work For You - I am your advocate, I not only strive to get you the best value for your dollar, but also to assure that any problems are addressed before, during and after your trip.
Relationship Based – I am not an impersonal booking engine/website. I build relationships with my clients so that they will not only come back to me time after time, but also refer their friends and family. This alone speaks volumes on the level of service that I provide, all at no additional cost to you!
- Dreaming- Complete a Travel Inquiry Form so I can gather basic details to get started. I will contact you within 24 hours with any follow-up questions and begin putting together your trip! Schedule a complimentary phone consultation if you'd like to touch base a bit more before planning.
- Planning- I curate your trip to exceed your specific wants and needs. I do the research, create your custom itinerary with all the travel pieces(flights, hotel, transfers, transportation, tours, activities, etc.) and send your proposal.
- Booking- Once you've approved your proposal and we've made any necessary changes- I will secure, book, and manage all of your reservations while you focus on the pre-trip excitement.
- Traveling- I prepare you with all the details you need to embark on your custom trip! Enjoy your time and know I'm here to support you in anything that may arise as you go. You're encouraged to stay in touch as much or as little as you'd like.
- Returning- If there is anything that needs attention post-travel, I'm on it! Your feedback is important to me, please see the review request in your post-trip information so I can continue to provide the excellent service you deserve.
